PRIVATE SELF-PAY
All of Patti's sessions are private, self-pay and she is unable to accept any insurance payments. This includes not being able to accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Patti has HIPAA compliant, encrypted Practice Software, that uses Stripe for card payments. This method has a high industry ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​standard for security.
Sliding Scale Fees: Available when caseload balance permits. However, at this time these timeslots in my caseload are full.

​SUPER BILL INVOICE - Self-Submitting to Your Insurance Provider
This document makes it easy for you to self-submit to your insurance provider and is provided for you each month. Ask your insurance provider specifically if you have coverage in your plan for out-of-network benefits for the billing code of 90837. And, if they have a system for you to self-submit for reimbursement.

​
Patti requires a card on file so the automation in her practice software does the work of ensuring payments are done on the day of your session, and accurately. You can use an HSA or FSA as your card on file. Or, if needed you can have several cards on file ans switch betweeen them at times. ​​​

* Patti works to give you a dedicated timeslot in her schedule, that will happen on the same day of the week and at the same time. Often this can be accommodated, and she is not able to guarantee that will happen all the time. Occasionally, her caseload might be right on the brink of being incredibly full. In those cases you may need to be what she calls a "float client" for scheduling purpsoes. This means you will be scheduled, week by week, as their is room in her schedule. However therapeutically, Patti will still be dedicated to you as your therapist. This scenario does not change Patti's fee.
